Schuberth S3 Daytona Helmet Matte Yellow. The S3 is Schuberth's first full-face sport-touring helmet with the new ECE 22.06 homologation regulation. It stands out for offering a perfect combination of security and performance. The interior, with its exclusive concept of seamless individual linings, offers an incomparable level of comfort. The S3 incorporates the latest Schuberth innovations in terms of safety, aerodynamics and aeroacoustic performance. It stands out for offering the possibility of installing a communication system fully integrated with the design of the helmet.TECHNICAL DETAILS:
- Outer shell: Made of fiberglass reinforced with carbon fiber through Schuberth's innovative production method (DPF: Direct processed Fiber), thanks to which it results in a lightweight shell with extraordinary resistance.
- 2 outer shell sizes for a better fit for each size.
- Inner shell: New two-density EPS material that improves shock absorption and increases headroom.
- Ventilation system with front air inlets in the upper area and on the chin guard and integrated air extractor at the rear to offer optimal internal cooling. To prevent dust, mud, and insects from entering the helmet, the chin vent has a washable and interchangeable filter.
- Schuberth Individual Concept interior: The S3 sets a new benchmark in terms of comfort. The interior padding has been developed to offer maximum comfort through a new concept of interior linings made of seamless Coolmax fabric, which facilitates maintenance and improves acoustic performance. The padding is removable and washable.
- Clear level 1 optical quality screen with anti-scratch treatment. Includes Pinlock 120®.
- Integrated 80% tinted sun visor and V-Lock anti-fog adjustable in two positions.
- SC2 Communication System with Plug & Play Integration (Sold Separately): Extremely easy to install, configure and use, the SC2 Communication System sets a new standard for motorcycle communication. The HD loudspeakers, two antennas and a boom microphone with jack connection are already pre-installed in the SCHUBERTH C2. The SC2 is extremely simple to use: just plug in the HD Microphone, remove the covers on the back of the helmet, release the remote housing on the side, plug them both in, turn them on and you're ready to go!
- Acoustic performance: The Schuberth S3 offers excellent performance in terms of aeroacoustic comfort with only 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked bike. Schuberth has optimized the aeroacoustics in the wind tunnel of each component both inside and outside the helmet. The result is an incomparable level of soundproofing.
- Emergency removal system for the side padding in the cheek area, which allows quick and easy removal of the padding.
- Anti-Roll-Off System connected with a chin strap in a new advanced position to improve comfort in the throat area.
- The Schuberth S3 comes equipped with a new micrometric closure system with new positioning of the straps.
